Shipping policy

Shipping is not included in the price of the item, but I will try my best to offer the most affordable rate based on location. If you place two separate orders in one drop, I am happy to ship all items from the drop together, so that shipping is only charged once. If this is the case, please email homeonhartwood@gmail.com.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped plus added time for delivery. This time frame might be longer during busy seasons and holidays. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance.

Shipping in US only.

If you are local, I am happy to provide local delivery within a 3 mile radius. We can also arrange for local pick up at a public location that is within a 3 mile radius.

In an effort to prioritize sustainability and the reuse of packaging materials, items may be shipped in previously used boxes (e.g. amazon boxes). Every item will be packaged securely with the utmost care to prevent damage in transit. Fragile items will be labeled ‘fragile’ on the outside of the box.
